NISS is pleased to announce a one-day conference honoring Jon Kettenring's multiple contributions to the profession and to NISS. The conference will be held on Friday, September 30, 2005, at Avaya Labs research in Basking Ridge, NJ, and will be followed by a dinner in Jon's honor.

Reflecting Jon's strong and persistent interest in data, the conference will consist of four technical sessions and multiple opportunities for interaction among participants.

The Organizing Committee for the conference consists of Lorraine Denby (Avaya Labs Research), Alan F. Karr (NISS), James Landwehr (Avaya Labs Research) and Vijay Nair (University of Michigan).

Because space is limited, registration in advance is required, using the on-line registration form. The deadline for registration is September 23, 2005. On-site registration will not be available.
