2003 Affiliates Survey

A number of suggestions concerning the NISS Affiliates and NISS/SAMSI University Affiliates Program were raised at the March 7, 2003 Planning Meeting. (Click here to view the meeting summary.) To help the program focus on activities and other initiatives that are of most interest to the Affiliates, please complete the survey below, and then click on the "SUBMIT SURVEY" button. Bear in mind that several of the items entail participation by Affiliates (Examples: providing information or attending events), so that "Strong Interest" responses, without being firm commitments, should be construed as willingness to help achieve success in addition to mere interest.

Thank you very much for your time and ideas.

Information Dissemination

Several items were proposed for inclusion on (or to be linked directly from) the Affiliates Home Page (www.niss.org/affiliates/affiliatesmain.html). Please rate your interest in them, keeping in mind that much of the information would be provided by Affiliates.
