5. 2003 SACKS AWARD. The selection committee for the 2003 Jerome Sacks Award for Cross-Disciplinary Research is now in place. Members are William Eddy, Alicia Carriquiry, Elizabeth Thompson (Chair) and Mike West. A call for nominations will appear in March issues of Amstat News and the IMS Bulletin, and is on the NISS Web site as well, at
