Project Update - September 2003

• The swapper runs on the user's machine, rather than as a Web Service, allowing use on real data.
  
  
• Scripting capability for extensive studies, for example including multiple rates and all choices of one- and two-attribute swaps.
  
  
• Capability to handle weighted records.
  
  
  The DSTK will be available for download on the NISS web site, at

• George Duncan has joined the newly-convened Census Data for Transportation Planning Committee of the National Academy of Sciences' Transportation Research Board to provide expertise on confidentiality and statistics.
