2010 Turkey Fry

This has become a long standing tradition at NISS. This year, the weather was cold, but little wind and no rain. The turkey cooked in a mere 45 minutes.

  • Alan begins the process of lowering the turkey into the fryer.
  • Stan helps Alan keep the turkey steady as they lower it into the oil.
  • The bird is ready for carving!
  • Alan carves the turkey
