Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund, NISS must be notified within 24 hours prior to an event in writing. You may contact us by e-mailing: refunds@niss.org, or sending your request via fax: 919-685-9310, attn: Refunds, or by mail: PO Box 14006, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709, Attn: Refunds.

Please allow two weeks to allow for processing. Your refund will be credited back to your credit card.
