Call for Manuscripts - Special Issue of Statistics in Biopharmaceutical Research

We are pleased to announce an updated submission deadline for the call for manuscripts for a special issue of Statistics in Biopharmaceutical Research (SBR), an official journal of the American Statistical Association, motivated by the 2021 Workshop of the NISS Ingram Olkin Forum on Randomization Tests to Address Clinical Trial Disruptions.

Members of the NISS Ingram Olkin Forum on Randomization Tests to Address Clinical Trial Disruptions, the members of the randomization working group, and the general scientific community are invited to apply. The paper must focus on topics related to randomization in clinical trials. Submissions pertaining to the use of randomization to address clinical trial disruptions are welcome.

Manuscripts should be submitted online at ScholarOne Manuscripts System. Once you login to the system, go to the “Start New Submission” page. Please select “RRDART” at “Step 1: Type, Title, & Abstract”. Manuscripts can be submitted until September 30, 2022. Pleases note that there is no guarantee of acceptance for a submission. All papers will be peer-reviewed, according to the reviewing principles of SBR. Accepted papers will be published continuously online on the journal website (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together in the special issue.

A guide for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts is available on the “Instructions for Authors” page at the journal website and “ASA Style Guide” page at ASA-Tayler and  Francis website.  Manuscripts are accepted in Word or LaTeX, though LaTeX is preferred.
