S. Lynne Stokes has a distinguished career in research and teaching.  Her areas of particular interest in both theory and application are sampling methods, non-sampling errors, and non-disclosure methodology. Recent work has focused on non-sampling error modeling and the use of capture-recapture methods in survey sampling.  Lynne Stokes has also served on technical committees for the National Academy.  Among the awards she has received is the very prestigious Founders’ Award from the American Statistical Association. Research Interests: Sampling, measurement error, order statistics.
