This has become a long standing tradition at NISS. This year, the weather was cold, but little wind and no rain. The turkey cooked in a mere 45 minutes.

NISS decided to hold a good old fashioned southern pig picking to kick off the summer season. We are happy to have two of our NISS-NASS teams returning to Research Triangle Park and wanted to share the experience of a pig picking with them, with our postdoctoral fellows, and some of the SAMSI visitors, many of whom are from other countries.
