NISS Pig Picking 2010

06/03/2010 NISS decided to hold a good old fashioned southern pig picking to kick off the summer season. We are happy to have two of our NISS-NASS teams returning to Research Triangle Park and wanted to share the experience of a pig picking with them, with our postdoctoral fellows, and some of the SAMSI visitors, many of whom are from other countries.
Warning: Do not look at these photos if you don't want to see the whole pig on the grill!
