2010 Affiliates Annual Meeting

This year's NISS Affiliates and NISS/SAMSI University Affiliates Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday and Friday, April 22-23 2010, in Chicago.

Thursday, April 22 (all day): This will be "Survey Day," an exciting, highly interactive program featuring recent results, problem sessions and networking opportunities relating to surveys of all kinds, from "traditional" official statistics to web search engines. This event will take place at Systat Software, 225 West Washington Street, Suite 550.

Thursday evening, April 22: Affiliates Annual Dinner (location: Elephant & Castle Pub and Restaurant, 111 West Adams Street at Club Quarters)

Friday, April 23 (9:00 to 3:00 PM): Affiliates annual meeting, at NORC's facility at 55 East Monroe Street, Room 3019, with special emphasis on

                * The networking aspect of the affiliates program

                * What the program can and should be doing for (especially, large) university departments
