Junior Researchers Pre-Registration Form 

The registration fee will be waived for the first 30 junior researchers (defined as students or those who received their terminal degrees within the last 5 years). For these cases, we will need to require an uploaded document—either a letter from an advisor/department chair attesting to a student's good standing, or a copy of a diploma for those with degrees. Please use the form below to complete your pre-registration and upload a supporting document.

 

Uploading a Supporting Document

Please upload an acceptable supporting document to the pre-registration form. Include one of the following documents to upload (acceptable formats include .PDF, .DOC and .DOCX):

  • a letter from an advisor/department chair attesting to a student's good standing
  • a copy of a diploma for those with degrees
Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: pdf doc docx.
