The two poster sessions at CoDA will showcase data-focused work arising from a wide range of application areas:
- Our poster session and opening mixer on the first evening will feature student and postdoc research.
- The poster session and dinner mixer on Day 2 will present work by more senior researchers.
Both days:
- 5:30-6:30 p.m. Odd-numbered posters
- 6:30-7:30 p.m. Even-numbered posters
Call for Posters
- We welcome poster presentations on any data-driven research.
Deadline for abstracts: January 31, 2027 - Register first, then submit your abstract [add link to registration form]
- Abstracts have a 1,500 character limit
- Poster size: Your poster should fit within the 3 feet high x 4 feet wide display area
- Printing your poster: Instead of carrying your poster on an airplane, consider printing it locally at Santa Fe's FedEx on Guadalupe, near the Convention Center (Google Maps Link)
- We'll provide velcro fasteners to attach your poster to the panel
- Publication opportunity:After the conference, all presenters are invited to submit a manuscript for consideration in a peer reviewed special issue of Data Science in Science.
Deadline for manuscripts: June 14, 2026 - Student prize:The American Statistical Association will sponsor a poster prize; all full-time students are eligible.
